Browse sequence area is blank

I am using Robohelp X5 to build a help (CHM) file. The problem is that the browse sequence area is showing up empty (blank) on one user's PC. On all other PCs, it appears to be fine.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem(s) might be? Thanks.

You need to install the HHactivex.dll on any PC accessing the help. Or are you saying that the .dll is installed but the browse sequence pane is showing no entries?
