Question

BSSCPopup is undefined?

Are there any known issues with image maps and Internet Explorer 11? Specifically where there are correct image maps to text pop-ups, but I get inconsistent error message stating, "BSSCPopup" is undefined." When I view the topic with image maps in Chrome, the popup is accessible, but in IE11, it is not.

What RoboHelp version and what output? Check whether you're all pached up with patches and separate updates. These generally improve browser compatibility. For a list of patches, please see: http://www.wvanweelden.eu/articles/robohelp-patches-and-updates
