Bullets change to Numbers in output Robohelp

Im using Robohelp 2022.2.22. Sometimes when I have bullets in a topic they change to numbers in the pdf output. Is there a setting that may be forcing that?

Also, font sizes sometimes don't stay consistent with the numbers and the content directly next to them in the output.

Have a look at the source code in the topics - is it cleanly using the <ul> (unordered lists) tag for your bullet points?

ps - you're a few patches behind too - current one is patch 5.
