Bullets don't look right in HTML output

I am running RoboHelp 10 on Windows 7.

In my source files, I am using a custom bullet style. The bullets appear correctly in the source files.

However, when I publish the files to an HTML format, the bullets do not appear correctly. Instead of a bullet, the letter "m" or "n" appears.

What do I need to do, to get the bullets to appear correctly?

Could be the font or character you have used. See if it works with an ordinary bullet first.

Also see Lists on my site.
