Buying a Subscription

I have an eval copy of RoboHelp on my personal laptop, and want to buy a subscription for a couple of months.

When I installed someone from Adobe emailed me, but she never responded to my response asking about purchasing a license.

Any suggestions who I should contact?

Thanks!

Cindy

Do you have a work subscription? If you do that allows two installations.

Otherwise doesn't the help menu have a purchase option? Sorry not at a RoboHelp machine. I think there may be a minimum term of one year so check that out. On Adobe's site there should be information about that. Just search "RoboHelp"

To confirm Peter's statement, there is no option for only subscribing for a short period. This is from the buying guide page "annual commitment, paid monthly or annually. Available in select countries."  (emphasis is mine)

I did send an email to tcssup@adobe.com but no reply so far.

Thank you for the link to the buyer's guide. I'll look it over this morning. I sure hope they have something on the short side. Even six months would be OK. If they do not, that's most unfortunate.

But the question about my work account provides a good answer, too. I'll check on this option, too.

Thank you for the information Jeff, Peter, and Amber! I'll mark this question as answered.

See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
