Can I use chatbots with a different help desk tool?

We use Zoho desk for our support center. If we want to use RoboHelp micro content for the knowledge base and chatbots can we do something to make it work or does Zoho have to do something to make it work?

We like Adobe RoboHelp to support chatbots with Zoho Desk. I entered feture request RH-7965. Please vote for it.

Currently Salesforce, Servicenow and Zendesk are supported.

Pending full support within Adobe RoboHelp, you can use the Microhelp preset to create either JSON or XML files and upload those manually.
