Can not buy RoboHelp

Question

Im wondering that a big company like adobe offering online payment services is not able to sell his products online to thier customers.

When I try to buy that product which is about 1.400 Euros, it tells me my account has the wrong country.

Well I am in Austria. And I will stay in Austria and not move anywhere else to buy that product.

What is so difficult to send me a key in exchange for the money?

Maybe someone here can explain me or give me the E-Mail address of a representative where I can order that serial without making a big deal out of it?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

When you visit Adobe's site it defaults to USA but you can change that. I think all that has happened is that you have started the process with one country and then tried to buy naming another country.

Look for Change Country. Austria is near the start of the list but spelt as you would spell it

If that's not it, add some screenshots showing Austria set as the country and the message you get. I will relay it to someone at Adobe to get you some help.

Nobody is asking you to move home.
