Can't compile WebHelp

I am using RH6 Trial version. I have tried to compile an existin project built with RH5 and Word 2000. There are three help documents in the project. I tried twice to compile the project after generall checking, and the program crashed after "Startin to compile".The progress bar reached about 60%. I condensed the three documents into one and tried to compile with the same result. Please tell me how to correct this.
