Can't connect to Salesforce knowledge sandbox
I am using RH 2022.2.22 (although I still don't get any response when I do About/check for updates). I am on Windows 11 installed on 4/4/2023.
I am able to set up a publish profile and the window says I am logged in. I get a message in the lower right-hand corner but then I get an error in the middle of the screen.
Then I go to create the output and I get the same conflicting error messages (see screenshot).
In the lower right "User Validated" but then in the middle the error message.
I am able to use all the information from the publish profile and log in manually, I have been made an administrator in our sandbox.

This screenshot shows that I am successfully logged in.

Any ideas on how I can get connected?
