Can't delete a baggage file

Hi,

RH 8 on Windows 7. Output to CHM

I am unable to delete a baggage file (a PDF) from my project. I removed all references to it so it is simply a standalone file that no other files call.

Here's what I did:

1) Renamed original baggage PDF in project.

2) Loaded replacement baggage PDF with the same name as the original PDF.

3) Removed refs to renamed PDF.

Now I have two PDFs, only one of which I need.

Removing the PDF from the back end leaves me with the red x over the PDF in the project. I also restarted (bagging the CPD)

Any ideas?
