Can't install a trial version of RoboHelp 11.

There's always an error at the Initializing stage. It tells me to restart and turn off firewalls, etc., but I can't turn off Windows Defender.

Tech support at my school knew how to give me permission to install. Didn't need to turn off any firewalls or malware programs.
