Can't open Adobe Robohelp Help

I am not able to open Adobe's help system when I'm working in Robohelp 7. When I click the Help menu, then Contents and Index, I get this error message (I'm trying to learn about context sensitive help).

Also, when I go to Adobe's support site and open the online Help for RH7, then click a topic, my browser just thinks and thinks, but never opens the topic.

Does anyone know what's happening or how to fix it? thanks

Hi there

Try clicking Tools > Options... and from the General tab of the ensuing dialog, enable the Offline help.

That worked!

It was already checked, but I unchecked it, then re-checked it.

Thanks so much for your help.
