Can't open RoboHelp 9 project

was recently upgraded to Windows 7 and now I get an error message that RoboHelp 9 cannot load the database - database is stored on a removable drive - not the laptop - Help Please 🙂

Can you see the drive in Windows? What are your rights to it? Do you have sufficient rights to the project folder?

BTW – this is a bad idea to work off a removable drive – create a local c:\projects\project_name\ folder with full admin rights and work there; zip it up to archive it on your removable drive for safety.
