Can't Output to Word

I am attempting to create an output preset for Word in RH version 2019.0.7, but it is not listed under the Type drop-down menu in the New Preset window:

Why would this be happening? Why is the option missing?

Yeah, Word output wasn't added until update 9. 🙂

See if applying Update 14 fixes it.
