I have been attempting to publish an updated robohelp project.  Upon publish, I get an error message

Application Error

The application has run into an error.
Please save your unsaved changes and restart from menu:
Help  Restart RoboHelp

I have followed the directions numerous times to no avail.  I've hard booted the computer multiple times as well

@goLobos  So what was the problem?

I had attempted to add a second WebHelp site to publish to, and that's when it failed.

I removed the second attempt, and restored the original one.

Try publishing use File System. If that works then the problem is with the settings for the server, that will require your IT guys to assist.

Sometime using an IP address rather than the server name helps.

    Thanks Peter.

I've isolated the problem and was able to fix it and publish again.  Tx

    Hello Peter.

I can generate just fine, the PUBLISH is what throws the error.

NO-this is not a new project,  have been publishing quite fine for a long time now.  Problem cropped up in last few days

Do you mean publishing or generating?

Is this the first time since updating?
