Question

Cannot expand conversion settings

Hi all,

I'm brand new to using Robohelp 11. I'm converting a small project from Framemaker into help, as a trial.

I'm using RH11 and FM 13 from TCS5.

When I import some files from Framemaker, I go to Project Settings, click Edit under Framemaker and am able to map FM to RH styles fine.

Then I do some generation, work some more on the project, go back in to the same dialog, and the + sign beside each of the FM styles is no longer there. So I am now unable to make any style changes (for example, I want to change the colour of my Heading 1 style in RH).

Can anyone tell me why this is happening or what I have done?!

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks

Laura

Yes, it's a one-shot deal when importing FM docs. You can either toss the project and import again OR modify the CSS in use (either in the RH Styles or outside of RH in a CSS to be applied to all topics upon output).

Not sure with Fm linking but there are a lot of similarities with Word linking. There is a page on my site that covers that.

Project Settings is a sort of default. I suspect you need to edit the other dialog. That will make sense when you have looked at the page about Word.
