Cannot generate a winhelp file

Today I was asked to create an old style win help file. Normally I work with html help and compile from HTML topics etc using robohtml. I opened my copy of robohelp for word and added a couple of topics with minimal content. I then tried to save the file in the word window displayed and recieved the following prompts:

"Word cannot start the converter RHRTF.CNV"

then when clicked on OK got...

"Robohelp received word error 1036. If you continue to get this error contact macromedia for support."

I am running word 2003 versioon 11.5604.8122.

It seems that something in my installation won't let me save rtfs..

Any ideas anyone as my RH for word is currently dead in the water!
Normally I use RH HTML and will continue to so so but if thi circumstance arises again I want to get RH operational.

Does the same happen on other RH for Word projects. Try making a change to one of the sample projects. If it does, it suggests something wrong with the install.

P.S. Re "contact macromedia for support": Nice to see Adobe updated their error messages for RH6 ;-)

Some more info before I run home this evening, this only happens when I open word from RH for word. If I use word as standalone and create an rtf or a doc file nor problem. As soon as I try to save within RH for word, error message!

Am I right in thinking you are using RHX5? If so, do you have the 5.0.2 patch installed?
