Cannot import .docx file into Rh

Question

Hello. I just updated to Rh 2022.6.34. I am receiving this error message when I try to import a .docx file.

Where can I find the application log?

Importing worked 2 weeks ago an older version of Rh. I don't have the version documented though.

Breaking up the word document did solve the issue. Thank you for the suggestion and confirming importing was working.

Importing is still working in a simple test so I suspect this is document related.

See Item 1 at https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Gems/RoboHelp_Gems.htm?rhpgno=2#generating for the location of the log file but they are not always helpful, aimed more at Support.

The first thing I would do is create a very simple document, one heading and one paragraph. See if that imports as if it does, then something in the first document is choking the import.
