Cannot perform a search from the Edit dropdown

When I click Edit | Find In All Files, I get the following: 0 matches in 0 files, even though the searched term is evident across many files. The search does work if I search using the "Find in source view" option, but it doesn't work based on any other option. Any thoughts?

Hi Jeremy,

Could you please post the full version number including patch numbers? There have been several versions recently where the Check for Updates button didn't work, so people thought they were up to date, but weren't.

Can you post a screenshot of the Find in Files screen with your settings, a screenshot showing a topic containing the search term, and the source html code surrounding the search term? Include a few lines of code above and below the term so we can see what's going on.
