Cannot Publish Help

I am trying to publish my help to a specific location and I am told that access is denied. I have the appropriate permissions to publish to the folder and have published there previously. I can publish to other locations just fine. Does anyone know what issue could be preventing me from publishing?

Sometimes, emptying all files from that folder prior to publishing does the trick.

Or...you don't really have appropriate permissions.
