Cant publish RH9 Webpro

Hello there,

I am currently using RH 9 without incidence until today.

I can't seem to publish my project to the server.

The only thing I have done differently with this project is import word documents as topics rather than creating from scratch.

Is there anything I need to do when importing work documents that makes publishing differen?

This is the message I get when trying to publish:  Warning: Failed to publish to "EPR eManual". reason: Cannot connect to server:  http..

    Hi there

    Assuming you are using RoboHelp Server, have you asked your IT peeps to possibly restart the RoboHelp Server app on their web server?

    I have asked the IT people to do that for me yes.

    I am not sure if he actually turned it off....or just looked to see it running.

    I will confirm with them once again.
