Change application language RH 2019 new UI

Hi there,

is there a way to change the language of the application (i.e. the Robohelp user interface)? I installed it in English, but after having installed the latest fix today, the interface is in German (which is not critical, as I am located in Germany, but it is confusing for me). I am running RH 2019 update 9 current fix. The new UI changed the language, the classic UI is still in English.
