Change Folder Name in Project Manager

Hello,

If I change the name of a folder in the project manager, will that affect the context sensative help? Would it require any changes on the developers side? Or would the Map file automatically take care of the update? We have a pretty old project that has a lot of folder names that no longer make much sense (they probably made sense at the time they were created).
