Changing the TOC Book Image in the Learn a Latte Skin

I am new to RoboHelp 2019.  I am attempting to customize the Learn A Latte skin.  When I set the Layout->TOC->Images->Book to another image it does not appear in the initial screen.  I have also tried setting it as the Topic image, no luck.  I also tried setting the image in the TOC properties themselves, failed. How can I change the TOC images displayed with the TOC Titles?

    I'm pretty sure that in Responsive skins you cannot change the tiles through the skin editor. In the Learn a Latte project the tiles were edited using advanced knowledge of the CSS used in the skins.

     

    Unfortunately the person who edited the skin used is no longer available to give precise instructions. I did however find this page that may help if you want to work behind the scenes.
