Checking RH files into Rational ClearCase source control

Anyone have any experience checking RH files into Rational ClearCase source control?

This source control is mandatory for our team, and I am having some issues trouble-shooting

hijacked files.  From what I can tell, RH creates duplicate files of each topic during a build,

and these files are automatically checked into ClearCase, then ClearCase has trouble recognizing

which file is the correct one...  I'm also having trouble removing any of the duplicate files from

ClearCase...

anyone have any experiences with this tool?
