child .chm merge doesn't work in RH2020.

Merging child .chm in RH2020 doesn't work.

My procedure is attached.

The same procedure worked fine with RH2019 Classic. 

(I can not use RH2019 because there is another problem.)

Please tell me the procedure for RH2020.

    As far as I'm aware there hasn't been any change in how to merge chms in RH2020.

     

    First, check the software is up to date. The latest version today is 2020.6. If you have the initial release of RH2020 installed, there is a bug with "Check for updates", so you will need to download a patch manually. Once you have installed any patch, "Check for updates" will work correctly in future.

    You could also try running MJ's diagnostics to make sure all the necessray dlls are registered correctly.
