chm content pane is showing blank in some machines

On some machines in the office the compiled chm works perfect but on few of the machines it shows a blank content window for all listed topics!!

Hi there

For those showing the blank window, where are they viewing the CHM from? Is it possibly from a network drive? If so, copy the CHM to the local drive and see if that improves the situation.
