CHM output - Options -> home produces error

We are publishing a chm help document for our users. The intoduction page appears as our starting page just fine. However, we have had some users playing with the chm file and if they ask for Options and then Home they get the error below. I'm not seeing where I can specify what should display for that option.

Any help would be appreciated.

You specified the default start page in the output, right? If so, I'm out - CHMs are such ancient technology now, it's a wonder they still launch IMHO. Paging @rick 😂 - [edit - hey look! he's summoned!]
