Question

Clicking one drop-down opens all

I just upgraded to RH 2020.8.34. I added a few sections of drop-down text to a topic. In my output, clicking on open drop-down, opens them all. How do I limit it to only opening what the user clicks on? Thanks for your help.

    Two things I would try.

    1. Create a new topic with some simple text and try in that.
    2. Create a new test project and using the default CSS see if a simple topic works there.

Was it working before you applied Update 8? If so, then you need to talk to the RH folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

With more testing I found: In a frameless output, clicking one opens only one. But when I click one a different one, it opens the one that I previously opened not the one I just clicked. In a responsive HTML 5 output, clicking one opens all.
