Coloring changes when a screen shot is pasted into Robohelp as an image

Help!

I am using snagit to capture images and pasting them into Robohelp.  I've done it many times without any issues.

But today, when I cut an image and paste it into Robohelp, the color changed. I tried pasting into Word and PPT, and the color is fine... then I go  back to pasting in Robohelp the coloring changed.  in particular, the grey seem to turn a pale yellow?

Does anyone know how to fix that?

    Hi there

    Save the image from SnagIt to your RoboHelp project folder using the desired format. Personally, I'm fond of PNG.

    Then use the Insert Image function to add the image.

    RoboHelp is likely converting the image to a format using fewer colors. You never ever want to just paste an image into RoboHelp.
