Hi,

We were using RoboHelp 2017 before and now we upgraded to RoboHelp 2022. Is there a way for me to use the zkn file for RH 2017 as a template in RH 2022? Thank you so much!

The short answer is there is no way. See https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Tour/rh2022/introduction/upgrading.htm. What has happened to webhelp is explained there.

A responsive HTML5 preset (SSL in Classic) has been added but I suggest this is a good time to use frameless. You are going to have to make changes anyway so going to frameless makes more sense. Going forward Adobe will be focussing development on frameless outputs so I recommend considering frameless templates for your project. Other than bug fixes, it is unlikely there will be any changes to HTML5 outputs.

The calls for frameless outputs are different using URLs so you need to discuss that with your developers if you use context sensitive help.

Hope that helps. Come back with any follow up questions.
