Condition tags not showing in report of Topic Properties

Hi, Everyone.

I suspect I'm just doing something wrong in generating a report. I want to see which topics have which condition tags applied. But the Topic Properties report indicates that none of my topics have any condition tags applied. This is incorrect. Most do.

Any advice for me?

Thank you!

It looks like in 2019 New UI that column should really be labelled "Content Level Condition Tags".

Try the Condition Tags report instead, and see if that provides the information you need.

Nothing I can see. Copy the TOC file from your project and open it in a text editor. You will find it in a folder called TOC. 🙂

In the TOC file you will every topic in the TOC along with tags applied to any.

Don't open the original just in case you mess it up.

Thanks, Everyone. I'm understanding better how to use the reports.

Does anyone know of a way to see in a single report topics by TOC, but also condition tags assigned to the topics?  I wish I could see topics in sequence of a TOC, but also see the condition tags applied to them.

    Thanks!

In 2019 and 2020 the Topic List has two check boxes, Topic Condition Tags and Content Condition Tags.

    Hey Jeff.

Sorry, it does this in both RH 2019.0.14 (new UI) and RH 2020.3.32.
