Conditional expression tags not working on mini toc

Built a project using conditional output to seperate framless output and pdf output content. I built a conditonal expressions using my conditional tags and everything works great with the exception of the mini tocs located in topics with bookmarks. My mini tocs are still showing up in my frameless output despite conditional expressions and tags applied. NOTE: Other content in the topics assigned the same conditional tags is excluded in the output correctly (see screenshots).

How did you apply the tag. I just added a mini-toc to a topic and clicked the breadcrumb for mini-toc, then applied the tag. The mni-toc did not appear in frameless.

Thanks for the direction. I applied the tag to the "Mini TOC List" breadcrumb instead of the "Mini TOC" breadcrumb. Both result in the TOC Div box being highlighted in the tag color in author mode, but only assigning the "Mini TOC" breadcrumb will remove it in frameless. Appreciate the help.
