Conditional text causing Webhelp generation to crash?

When I generate a Webhelp and CHM out of RoboHelp 10, with a specific conditional text tag set to AND NOT, RoboHelp 10 crashes while attempting to generate the Webhelp or CHM content.

When I generate the Webhelp or CHM project with the specific conditional text tag set to AND (Include in output), RoboHelp 10 generates as expected.

This is a new issue for me. It was working fine last week.

I have rebooted my system, reinstalled RoboHelp 10, removed and added the SSL that exclude the conditional text tag from the output.

I am not too sure what else to do. I need to generate and deliver my help system very soon, so am hoping someone out there might be able to help?
