Connected Robohelp 2019 project to ADO now file will no longer open

Using a connection profile, I connected a RoboHelp Project to ADO. Connection seemed good. Closed the file and now it will not open. I changed the parameters within the connection profile and did get the file to open. But, once I closed the file, it never opened again. I believe the files are still good (no dates have changed on the files), what I believe is happening is it is failing to make the connection and erroring out. RoboHelp states that an error occurred and prompts me to manually open the file using the menu, which of course fails. Any advice how to undo the connection? I looked on the ADO side and the coneection parameters seem correct. Any advice would be appreciated.

Given the forum regulars don't use source control, you may want to try contacting support.

See the following page for support contact options. We recommend using the email address listed as that goes to a dedicated Robohelp team.

Have you run through all the information and steps in the help? While this is for RH2022, the general principles should be the same for RH2019 (I have assumed you're using New UI, but if you're using Classic, let us know.)

Unfortunately, yes. I even ran the suggested GIT commands. It appears my connection is being refused. Not sure why.
