Contents/Index/Search tabs in CHM

I don't know if this is possible, or if this is OS-dependent, but is it possible to change the names of these tabs? We are translating our help into French and would like to have the tabs translated as well.

Hi, TechWriter77,

This isn't something that you have any control over — or, put another way, not something that you need to worry about. When you open a .chm file, the HTML Help viewer checks the locale of the operating system and automatically displays the tab names in the appropriate language. So, these names are set at run time rather than compile time.
