Context Sensitive Help For Merged Help Projects

I have created a Merged Help Project. Now I need to prepare it for Context Sensitive Help. How can I do this if possible?

Your response is over in the other forum you posted in. Please do not post in more than one forum. For a start this is the forum for FlashHelp output which I assume you are not using as you have a merged project.
