Converting to Standard HTML Styles

I don't understand what you want to do.

CSS doesn't use HTML and HTML doesn't have styles. In HTML you have elements such as headings, paragraphs, lists, etc. In CSS you use selectors to determine what styling you want to apply to different HTML elements. So h1{} in CSS styles h1 elements in HTML.

Now if you have existing HTML pages with accompanying styling, you will probably need to amend both the HTML and the CSS. What you need to do and how much work that is, completely depends on how your HTML and CSS look now.

You might try selecting all the content on the page and copying into the Windows clipboard. Then pasting into Windows Notepad. Then selecting all in Notepad and copying the content back to the clipboard again. From there, you would just delete the existing content in the topic and paste it back in from the clipboard. That will have effectively removed any and all formatting from the text.

Next you would apply Headings to your content. To do this easily, just click inside a line of text. You don't need to select the whole line first, just ensure the cursor is in the line. Press Ctrl+Alt+1 to apply Heading 1. Ctrl+Alt+2 for Heading 2 or Ctrl+Alt+3 for Heading 3.

You might also try selecting all the text in an existing topic, then pressing Ctrl+Shift+N to assign Normal styling to the whole thing. Not sure how well that might work but might be worth trying. If it works, it would save you from side tripping into Notepad land.
