Correct quotation marks

Hey together,

I'm using RH11, project language is german. Typing quotes in German it should look like this: „example“ (#0132 and #0147). But it does look like this in RH: "example" (#34).

Is there any option or possibility to make RH set automatically the right quotation marks while typing?
