Corrupt TOC in RH 7

I just upgraded from RoboHelp 5 to RoboHelp 7 and my table of contents is now useless. Most of the entries do not link to the correct topic in the compiled help file but if you view the topic from within RH Explorer, the correct topic displays. Also, some topics display correctly but contain garbage text from other unrelated topics before the topic title. Other topics may display correctly but when they appear, the focus is in the middle of the topic instead of at the top on the topic title. I have an open support case with Adobe but so far no luck and I need help fast!
