Couldn't access eHelp from RoboHelp

Hi, again...

I meant to mention this in my last post, but here it is:

I tried several times this week to access Online Support from RoboHelp (click on "Help," etc.), but each time I got a "Page Not Avaliable" message. I got here this time by going directly to the RoboHelp website. Anything wrong?

Hi, Rick!

Thanks, but I probably was unclear. What I'm having trouble with is, essentiall, getting to this page. Formerly, I had been able to select "Online Support" and, with a couple of clicks, get to the Forum. However, I'm still getting the "This Page Not Available" message.

That'll be because that particular link goes to a Knowledge Base that Macromedia closed down!

Nothing anyone can do short of Adobe reopening the knowledge base or patching RH to change that link.
