Create Connection Profiles to more than one SharePoint instance

I have successfully created a Connection Profile in RoboHelp, connecting to my personal SharePoint Online account.  Works fine.

I now wanted to add another Connection Profile, this time connecting to my employer's SharePoint instance. When I click Login during the Connection Profile creation process, it uses my personal login, and this fails. I cannot find a way to provide my work login for this second profile.

Any suggestions?

There was a bug in 2020.0 whereby Help > Update said there wasn't a later version. The first update (Update 1) fixed that and then there were a total of 8 updates. The last was Update 8 that you can get here. Download RoboHelp (adobe.com)

However, there is a later version, 2022.0 which you can also upload from the page above. Your subscription entitles you to that too.

Thank you both, Jeff and Peter.  This was indeed the problem, and the inability to check for updates was confusing.

I downloaded and installed RH2022 and all is now fine.

What version of RH are you trying this with? I've never heard of having more than one SP connection in RH (so it may or may not work - I have no idea).

The latest version, I think.  Version 2020.0.156

RH2022 is the latest, but I think there was 8 patches made to RH2020.
