Question

Create Printed Documentation hyperlinks are not "links"

I am using RoboHelp 2015 Ver 12.0.4.460

Just recently, when I create the Printed Documentation as Word output, the hyperlinks are included as plain text, no links. This has worked before, except for an occasional one or two. Now, 90% are coming across as plain text. It's time consuming to create the hyperlink for each one in Word. Any thoughts on the reason/cause for this?

Thanks,

MDawn

There is a check box in Settings designed to suppress links but that would affect all of them.

The usual cause is that the target of the link is not in the printed document but it sound like you are manually creating them so the target is there.

Have you tried creating a new print layout? Don't create a duplicate as that would carry across any corruption.

Let us know if that solves things.
