Creating a new style sheet

Greetings,

Continuing the process of becoming familiar with the current (non-classic) RH interface... in the classic version, a new style sheet could be created with something like a builder dialog, which listed the different type of styles for editing. Is there something like this in the current version of RoboHelp?
