Creating an SSL

I'm new to RH 2017 (haven't used RoboHelp since the days of BlueSky software.)

I'm trying to create a new Web Help project, and follow the tutorial provided. However, when I start to create WebHelp, there are only two windows in my display, but the tutorial shows Project Manager, WebAppHelp, Single Source Layout, Topic List and a Topic window.

I know that all of these are "pods," but I'm having trouble opening and docking them. Is there an easy way to do this?
