Creating Cookie Dialogue & Footer For Frameless Outputs

Hi,

This may sound like a silly question, but how are the cookie dialogue box & footer supposed to work?

Is the cookie dialogue box created externally? I'm unable to configure anything from Robohelp or the skin editor it seems. As for the footer, I get that you can use any topic as your footer, but is there a template that anyone has for a simple collection of possible links, as per the example in the skin editor i.e. Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, etc.?

    Hi, I think I've found where I went wrong:

    GDPR Compliance needs to be turned on in the General Layout settings of the Frameless skin:

    The cookies dialogue then appears 🙂

    Which version of RoboHelp are you using, which skin etc? I thought that part had been dropped.

    I've managed to create a footer using the template supplied in your site, thanks. As for the cookie dialogue box, I'm using a Studio Frameless skin in Robohelp 2020.7.0. I've got the following formatting available:

    But the popup never appears when generating the site.
