Hello Team,

Webhelp is not reading the csh-redirect.js file. I am getting following error:

"An error has occurred in the script on this page"

Error - Object doesnt support this action.

URL - /Help%20Files/template/scripts/csh-redirect.js.

Kindly help as my Online help is not appearing from the application.

I have generated Frameless Help using RoboHelp 2022.

I addition to @Amebr 's questions - can you open the help outside of your application? Have you enabled JavaScript to run?

When do you get the error? Is it when opening the generated output on your local pc? After publishing to a web server? When opening the help using F1 in an application?

Has this previously worked with RH2022?

Which patch version of RH2022 are you using? Please include the version and patch information in every post as answers are very dependent on what version of RH you're using.
