CSS - What are the styles with the p.rl prefixes for?

When we upgraded from RH 2017 to RH2020, the upgraded 2020 CSS had paragraph styles with a p.rl prefix, for example p.rl-P-CRSBullet01. These styles seem to be duplicates of styles that we set up for the project.  The RH2017 stylesheet didn't show these. They clutter up our stylesheet and I would like to get rid of them.

What are these p.rl styles for and can I delete them from the stylesheet?

Thanks

They're set up to control how your rl-P-CRSBullett01 class appears - if you don't use that class, then it won't be used by the CSS. Comment them out & see if anything changes when you view the output.
