Customized PDF footer

I'm generating HTML and PDF from my RoboHelp HTML 8 project. The pages are formatted with a master page on which a footer is set up. The footer contains a logo and copyright info.

This footer is not showing up in the generated PDF. How do I get a footer in the PDF? I don't see a place to do this in the Printed Documentation SIngle Source Layout or elsewhere.

Hi triciaklansky and welcome to the RH community.

Headers and footers do not get generated by the printed documentation. You'll have to generate a Word file, then add a footer to it and create a PDF from that.
