Customizing skin images for logo and background but default still appears

I am using RH 2020.6.76 and am customizing the Orange skin with a specific logo and background image for the Home Page and the Topic page. Even though the correct images appear in the preview and on my working screen, once I generate the output, the original skin default images appear. I have deleted the skin and respecified all the options, but it still occurs. I have created a new project and tried to specify but the same thing happens...the default images stay.

Does anyone have an answer for this?

Have you selected the skin in the preset? If not RoboHelp will be using the default version of the skin.
